Aspirin Dispersible Tablets 300mg are referred to as analgesics and antipyretics that are extremely effective for relieving pain, bringing the temperature down and reducing inflammation especially in lumbago and rheumatism. This formulation may be used as a temporary pain-reliever in case of migraine, toothache, sciatica, headache, neuralgia, sore throats and period pains.
Avoid Aspirin Dispersible Tablets 300mg in case you are allergic to Aspirin and Aspirin-like medicines, or any of the ingredients of these tablets or if sensitive to Lactose. Avoid if you are suffering from Asthma, Dehydration or any kidney or liver problems. Avoid if you are suffering from Gout or have a clinical history of Peptic or Stomach Ulcers, Haemophilia or any other sort of bleeding issues. Avoid if you are on anti-coagulant or on any other medications such as Warfarin, Nicoumalone, Probenecid, Acetazolamide and many more. Avoid if you are breast-feeding or particularly, if you are in the trimester of pregnancy. Avoid if you are below 16 years of age, as Aspirin is believed to trigger the rare and fatal Reye?s syndrome.
These tablets should actually be dissolved or dispersed in a glassful of water and then taken. The recommended dosage for adults and children aged 16 years or above, is 1 to 3 tablets to be repeated every 4 hours and maximum 4 doses daily.
