Nurofen Express Liquid Capsules are indicated for the symptomatic treatment of cold and flu. It provides prompt relief from conditions such as backache, headache, migraine or fever. It also provides comfort in menstrual pain, toothache, rheumatic pain and other similar aches.
Do not cross the recommended dose or alter doses on your own. Contraindicated in patients suffering from cardiac ailments, asthma, gastrointestinal ailments, hypertension or renal or hepatic impairments. Consult a doctor before taking this medication if you are pregnant or lactating or if you smoke regularly.
Always swallow the capsule whole with water; never open or chew them. The recommended dose for adults, the elderly and children is one to two capsules to be taken thrice daily. Do remember to keep an interval of at least four hours between successive doses. Do not take in excess of six capsules in an entire day.
Nurofen Express Liquid Capsules contain 200mg Ibuprofen mg as the active ingredient. The formulation also contains Macrogol 600, Gelatine, Sorbitol Liquid Partially Dehydrated (E420), Ponceau 4R (E124), Potassium hydroxide 50% solution (E525), Lecithin (E322), Ethanol, Titanium Dioxide (E171), Polyvinyl Acetate Phthalate, Propylene glycol, Ammonium hydroxide (E527) and sterile water as the excipients.
