What if I wish to return an item?

If you decide that you no longer want an item for any reason, please notify us within 7 days from the date you receive the item by contacting us on 0208 845 7390 or by writing to us at Unit 4 Northolt Trading Estate, Belvue Road, Northolt, Middlesex, UB5 5QS. If you are writing to us please include details of your order to help us to identify it.

To receive a full refund, please ensure items are returned to us in a saleable condition (i.e. unused and undamaged).You will receive a full refund upon receipt of the returned items, excluding any delivery charges. We will refund you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay.

It is important to note that products of a medicinal, cosmetic or personal nature cannot be returned to us for reasons of hygiene.

How do I make a complaint?

What if the item I have received is damaged or faulty?

We will take the upmost care to ensure items are delivered in the best condition. However, in the unlikely event that you receive an item which is damaged or faulty, please notify us within 7 days from the date you receive the item by contacting us on 0208 845 7390 or by writing to us at Unit 4 Northolt Trading Estate, Belvue Road, Northolt, Middlesex, UB5 5QS, and we will refund the price of the item in full, together with any reasonable delivery charges.

The full refund will be processed upon receipt of the item.
