Aqueous Cream is a non-greasy and light moisturizer effective in the topical treatment of severe dry skin conditions namely eczema, dermatitis and chapping. This may be used as an effective emollient for soothing and softening dry, scaly, cracked or itchy skin. Aqueous cream contains a mixture of an emulsifying ointment containing paraffin oils and water along with phenoxyethanol that works as an antimicrobial preservative.
